Pea Ess

Maybe I should have known all along I wouldn't be able to stay my own words about the state of our federal republic on such an important day. ºÜº

Days ago, I scripted just God's Word to run on my blog today (below), but I was talking with my Pup, Son2, last night, and he confirmed a thought I'd had about a win by the Marxist candidate in the race today, who amongst a plethora of other, grave(r) issues has clearly and unabashedly stated he plans to bankrupt the coal industry and send the price of electricity skyrocketing. [Listen here.] The majority of union members are known to always vote the Democratic ticket. My Pup is an engineer/conductor for a railroad, and he works about 26 trains per month. Of those 26 trains, an average of 22 are coal trains. A whole lot of men are planning to try to vote themselves out of a job. Go figure.

If I had a dog in the fight, a horse in the race, I'd be a single issue voter. I'd vote against the Marxist on every single issue.

"You Americans are so gullible. No, you won’t accept communism outright, but we’ll keep feeding you small doses of socialism until you’ll finally wake up and find you already have communism." ~Nikita Khrushchev (Ezra Taft Benson, "Our Immediate Responsibility." Devotional Address at Brigham Young University, circa 1968)
God's will be done. Amen.

And the Spirit and the bride say, Come. And let him that heareth say, Come. And let him that is athirst come. And whosoever will, let him take the water of life freely. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen. Revelation 22:17, 21
