Just for Laughs

I ran into this over at Paid in Full and fully surprised myself, when I poked the button to view, especially since I thought I was going to watch a 7-minute film on hunting.  I can't think of a reason to watch even a 1-minute film on hunting, so I must have been having a fullblowncuckoo moment when I poked that button.  Sorry.

Roll film, and it was a you-had-me-at-hello moment.  It didn't begin with hunting, rather fishing, which was entertaining enough to find me still viewing when the hunting segment came on the screen.  I laughed aloud at the hunting garments.  Sorry again.

Enjoy.  Or not.

All the days of the afflicted are evil: but he that is of a merry heart hath a continual feast.  ~Proverbs 15:15

New Whimsy Piece

Being all MarthaNot and everything, I'm sure a new chick nursery nestled near the woodstove is a perfect living room whimsy piece.  Don't argue with me, Mrs. Piecrust.  A girl's gotta do what a girl's gotta do, and this ain't Golf Hill.  It's not even St. Louis Ave., where a duck was once in residence.

Day-old chicks en route to our house: 5 black australorps, 5 black stars, 5 California whites, 5 white leghorns, and 5 Rhode Island Reds.

Eggs, not beauty.  Needs eggs.  Big and lots.  Amen.

Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.
